Shannon has been with LJS since 2016 helping clients with accounting and bookkeeping work. Shannon deals with a wide variety of clients but recently has been working with tradespeople who own small business and organizations in the for-profit sector. The clients that Shannon works with admire her tenacity in getting to the bottom of any query and providing solutions.
Gail Bury CPA, CMA has been associated with LJS & Associates since 2000. Gail enjoyed a varied career in both public and private sector organizations in senior finance positions. Now semi-retired and a small business owner in her own right, Gail retains an interest in helping small business and not for profit organizations attain their highest goals.

Sharwari has been with LJS since 2019. Sharwari works with a variety of clients including small businesses and not for profit organizations. Her dedication and sincerity towards her work, make her an important employee for LJS.
Ajay has been providing accounting and bookkeeping services for a wide range of clients since 2011. Ajay constantly meets the needs of clients and is always exceeding the results expected. Ajay’s knowledge with accounting programs, such as Sage and Quickbooks, has made him a valuable member of LJS.
Claire has worked with LJS since 2006 in a variety of roles. Claire has enjoyed a successful career in Human Resources, working in: staffing, government, and manufacturing. Claire is passionate about empowering businesses and the people that drive them. Her knowledge of all aspects of Human Resources makes her a valuable resources for clients of LJS.
Kathy has been with LJS since 2007 and is responsible for many office tasks. Kathy is responsible for the environmental issues at LJS. She helps to keep LJS environmentally friendly by taking care of the office garden, assisting with recycling, and shredding. Kathy is also in charge of the upkeep of the LJS library.
Leigh has the ability to help people reach the next level thanks to more than 15 years of entrepreneurial experience and a Masters of Business Administration. Beginning his career in accounting gives Leigh the ability to understand business growth from a financial perspective.
Leigh is focussed on business and career coaching, specializing in strategic planning, management coaching and business development. Leigh’s practical methodology is very effective at helping people set realistic business objectives toward success. With Leigh’s guidance, clients gain tremendous results that help them reach their potential.
